Welcome to Fight 2026 ("the App"). Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to all terms of this agreement.

1. Service Description

Fight 2026 is a personal health goal management app that helps users set and track health goals such as exercise, sleep, and reading. The App provides the following core features:

Setting weekly, monthly, or yearly health goals
Automatically syncing exercise and sleep data via Apple HealthKit
Manually logging activities such as reading
Tracking goal completion progress
Free renewal of the next cycle upon goal completion

2. In-App Purchases and Payment

The App offers the following consumable in-app purchase products:

Weekly Plan
Monthly Plan
Yearly Plan

Purchase Rules:

In-app purchases are one-time consumable products that take effect immediately upon purchase.
If you complete all goals within the plan cycle, you will receive the next cycle of the same duration for free.
If you do not complete all goals within the current cycle, you will need to purchase again to continue.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment and refund policies.
For refund requests, please use the Apple App Store's refund process.

3. Restore Purchases

Since the in-app purchases in this App are consumable products, consumed items cannot be restored. If you need to continue using a purchased but unexpired plan after switching devices, please contact our support team for assistance.

4. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree to:

Provide truthful and accurate personal information
Not abuse, hack, or tamper with the App in any way
Not use the App for any illegal activities
Understand that the App's goal tracking is for reference only and does not constitute medical advice

5. Health Disclaimer

The health data tracking and goal management features provided by this App are for reference only and do not constitute any medical advice or diagnosis. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program. The App is not responsible for any health issues arising from the use of information provided by the App.

6. HealthKit Data

The App requests read access to exercise and sleep data from Apple HealthKit. You can manage and revoke these permissions at any time in your iOS system settings. Revoking permissions will prevent related features from functioning properly but will not affect manual logging features.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in this App, including but not limited to design, icons, text, and code, is protected by intellectual property laws. No part of this App may be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" with no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or completely error-free.
The accuracy of HealthKit data depends on your device and sensors; the App is not responsible for data accuracy.
The App is not liable for data loss caused by device damage, system failure, or other force majeure events.
We recommend regularly backing up your device via iCloud to protect your data.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. The updated agreement will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the modified agreement.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties.
