The App may collect the following information:

Basic Personal Information: Name, height, weight, and other body information you provide during registration. This information is stored locally on your device only.
Health Data: Exercise distance, step count, workout records, and sleep data read through Apple HealthKit. The App only reads data and does not write any data to HealthKit.
Activity Records: Activity data such as reading that you manually log, stored locally on your device only.
Purchase Information: In-app purchase transaction information processed through the Apple App Store.

2. Use of Information

The information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

Displaying your profile and exercise goal progress
Syncing exercise and health data from HealthKit to track goal completion
Determining whether goals have been achieved to decide free renewal eligibility
Improving the app experience

3. Data Storage

All user data in the App (personal information, goal settings, activity records) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not operate any remote servers and will not upload your data to any cloud or third-party servers.

4. HealthKit Data Usage

The App uses Apple HealthKit to read the following data types:

Walking + Running Distance (distanceWalkingRunning)
Cycling Distance (distanceCycling)
Step Count (stepCount)
Workout Records (workouts)
Sleep Analysis (sleepAnalysis)

All HealthKit data is processed locally on your device and will never be shared with third parties or uploaded to any server. This data is used solely to track progress toward your health goals.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

Apple App Store: Processes in-app purchases. The purchase process is managed by Apple and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
Apple HealthKit: Reads health data, subject to Apple's HealthKit Privacy Policy.

Apart from the services listed above, the App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

6. Information Sharing

We will not sell, exchange, or share your personal information with any third party, unless:

We have your explicit consent
Disclosure is required by law or regulation

7. Data Security

Your data is stored locally on your device and is protected by iOS system-level security mechanisms, including device encryption and app sandbox isolation.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
